This is my first ever review about any purchase that I've made online. I have spent several thousands of dollars online. My favorite way to buy. I was not satisfied with my glasses and sent an email stating I would like a replacement. Here is what I recieved via email... "We are shipping you out an exchange pair........ Included in the package will be a return label for you to ship the package back to us. Your exchange pair will be shipped via EMS 2nd Day Air, and will be leaving our warehouse today. If we can be of further service to you please don't hesitate to ask." Now is that good customer sevice? All the way cross country? I believe it is, and want to let others know that they too can be confident when dealing with this company.
